The Book of Corinthians has a unique place in the New Testament as it’s the first letter that truly addresses problems that arise within the body of Christ. He Corinthian Church had a multitude of issues happening in their local assembly, there was strife concerning what teachers to follow, as some like Peter, others Apollos, and many held on to the teachings of Paul, this led to discord among them personally, as they took their disputes to the courts and were suing one another.
